The young man with black hair, standing at 180 centimeters tall, was walking along the sidewalk. He kept walking until he stopped in front of a place with a sign that read "Chat Electronics."

"So, this is our home," the young man with black hair said.

[Yes,] the voice in his head replied.

Indeed, he was Hin, the man from the future equipped with his own AI system.

Standing in front of the store, Hin braced himself to meet the family of this body's owner. Images of his family were sent into his mind.

His father, named Chat, 40 years old, was an electric appliance repairman here.

Hin stepped inside. Various electrical appliances, from fans and TVs to refrigerators and even computers, were lined up.

"I’m begging, please, can you not leave just yet? I’ve taken so much work to do," a man's pleading voice, tired and filled with entreaty, rang out.

"Uncle! They want me to start working tomorrow. I need to prepare today. You know jobs like this aren’t easy to come by," a voice of a man in his late twenties responded.

"But I have taken on a lot of work. I can’t fix these computers. Until I can find a new person, the customers come to retrieve them all." The man referring to himself as Uncle spoke.

"That's your problem!" the young man retorted loudly before stepping out. The image of the young man who had just walking towards me gave me a disdainful look before leaving the store.

I'll remember his face. After they finished arguing, I approached the man who was my father, the one called himself Uncle.

"Are you okay, Dad?" I asked.

Chat turned to see his son, smiled, and asked, "How was the competition today, son?" He inquired with concern in his voice.

"It went well, Dad. But what was that all about just now?" I asked further.

Chat smiled and said, "It's nothing. Don't worry about it." He answered.

"Dad, I'm part of this family too. If there's a problem, I should know. I'll help if I can," I asserted firmly.

"Haha, you've really grown up," Chat laughed heartily, the earlier sadness quickly vanishing.

"Dad, you haven't answered me yet," Hin said.

"Sigh, today I took on five computers to repair, but there’s no one to fix them. I only know how to repair basic electrical appliances. These computers are really beyond my ability," Chat said with a hint of sadness.

"I might be able to do it. Should I give it a try?" Hin offered.

Chat, surprised, asked, "You didn’t seem interested before."

"People change over time, Dad. If it's hard for you, I should at least try," Hin replied with determination.

"Ha, you’ve really grown up. Come this way," Chat then led his son to the computer section of the shop, which was littered with computer parts.

It looked like a junk pile.

My eyes sparkled as I looked around.

[These are legendary computer models,] Yo commented.

[Right, models we would never have a chance to see in the future we come from. I only saw them once before; never thought I'd get to touch them today.]

    [Me too,] Yo responded.

    "This area," Chat said.

"Okay," I looked at the five computers placed there.

[Yo, help me out,] I said.

Even though I'm skilled, I can't possibly repair cars from an era where I only worked on spacecraft. So, I needed Yo's help.

[Uploading data on 20th-21st century computers,] besides processing power and intelligence, it was also filled with extensive data.

The knowledge Yo had spanned from the dawn of computers.

    [All set,] Yo announced.

Then, knowledge about various computer models and programs streamed into my mind.

    I started working on them.

Chat watched without much thought, observing his son.

Hin began disassembling, changing some parts, and then reassembling. He did this for all five machines before turning them on and writing something down.

With Yo's help, all five computers were not only repaired but also upgraded.

If anyone knew they were upgraded with the scrap lying around, they'd think it was crazy, or it was done by a genius.

    "Done?" Chat announced.

    "Yes," Hin replied.

"Let me have a look," Chat said.

"Here," I showed him that they were working normally.

"Hmm, excellent. I can't believe you have a knack for this."

"Watching Dad every day, I had to get good at something, right?" Hin said.

Chat smiled and then glanced at the clock, which now read 9:00 P.M.

"We completely forgot about dinner," Chat said with a smile.

I felt the same. Dad had been assisting me, and we got so engrossed in the work that we lost track of time.

After dinner, I went to bed.
